照明产品闪烁测量解决方案
闪烁危害分析
照明产品闪烁是由于其受供电电源频率变化影响,光亮度随着时间变化而变化。在此光环境下,闪烁可以被人眼察觉或者无明显感觉。闪烁会引起人眼视觉疲劳,损伤视力、诱发心理疾病,生产过程中当运动物体与光环境闪烁频率成倍数关系时,生产者容易引起对运动物体产生静止、倒转、运动缓慢等错觉,有时甚至会因此引发工伤事故。
照明产品闪烁危害引起各地区广泛重视,因此在照明电器强制认证法规中对于闪烁参数提出要求,在北美2017年10月1日实施能源之星Lamps V2.1认证规范中,认证产品需要提供闪烁参数:闪烁百分比PF、闪烁指数FI、短期闪变指数Pst、频闪效应可视化参数SVM、闪烁感知度Mp,在日本《电气安全法》下,执行省令1项标准中,对进入日本市场照明产品,闪烁参数有强制认证要求。
